Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort - Grantham

the staff was consistently friendly and efficient, making my experience even more pleasant. the classic room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, although it showed some signs of wear.

The location of the property was marvellous and stunning as we were close to the restaurant, and Grantham.

The property was beautifully designed and luxurious with decent staff. I got spotless and immaculate room with rather than sumptious, a king bed, cupboard as advertised. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Orangery.

Everything great, but heating confusion.

We stayed in a suite which was lovely.very big and great views over the golf course.The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

All the facilities were clean good.

Family with children great time

The food was excellent and very plentiful, just like a family gathering around the table. Our room had a great view of the golf course.

It wasn't inexpensive but you know what, sometimes that's what you pay for quality.

There's nothing to criticize.

The room, while a bit dated, was clean and tidy, making it comfortable for my needs, even if it looked a little tired. I found it welcoming, though the carpet could definitely use a good wash.

One minor drawback was that the room wasn't very warm during the night, which made for some chilly moments. Despite this slight discomfort, it didn't significantly detract from my overall experience.

The location

Staff need training on hotel safety when fire alarms go off no one seems to be in control, everyone sat in the dining area even though the alarms were going, no one instructed us to leave for about five minutes then there didn't seem to be any urgency to get people to move ok it was a false alarm but no one new for sure. Maybe more training is needed in this area.

I stayed for the night because I work for a company who held a Christmas party there. Service was good. Nice welcome. Nice location. Friendly and efficient staff. I had a great evening.

the golf and spa facilities were superb.

bar and food prices were very steep no bedside table on one side of bed

We had problems with people in adjoining room making a noise until the early hours but the reception staff gave us a complimentary upgrade and were very sympathetic. The rooms were very good and well equipped.

My kids wished there were more activities for older children to keep them occupied.
